Terms & Conditions

TERMS of BUSINESS

Payment Methods I accept Paypal; Credit/Debit Cards, Personal cheque, payable to ‘I de la Haye; (Cash; Postal Order; must be sent reordered delivery)

I DO NOT ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS.

Postage & Packing Postage or shipping costs are non-negotiable. Please check cost of delivery prior to purchase . We do not charge for packing materials.
All crates are sent via Courier and will require a signature. Goods damaged in transit will be fully replaced. We do ask where possible for the damaged item to be given back to the courier when delivered, to be returned. However if this is not possible it is important to retain all packaging material and to contact me ASAP. Proof of posting is always obtained and will be kept for one month following delivery. I accept no liability for loss or damage incurred as a result of not using our recommended services.

Despatch All crates are delivered via courier Mon. - Fri, and will be dispatched same day of payment being received before 10am.

Measurements While I endeavour to be as accurate as possible, please contact me to double-check if necessary BEFORE PURCHASE. Please refer to the description and e-mail me for more information if needed, I will be happy to advise in any way I can. We recommend buyers double-check all measurements of the item and/or viewed the photographs. Please ensure that you are aware of measurements/descriptions BEFORE PURCHASE. Returns are accepted, however P & P cannot be refunded.

Communication I can be contacted via e-mail at sales@simplydogs.co.uk , or via telephone 0900 – 1400hrs and 1800 – 2000hrs. On 07970 986346. I aim to answer all queries as quickly as possible, but cannot always immediately reply to questions straight away, out of these hours.

Refunds I only offer a FULL refund on items that arrive damaged or are delivered and are significantly different to listing description. In this instance please contact me to discuss requirements. Other returns are accepted, however P & P cannot be refunded and it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all costs in returning the item. All packaging must be complete and the item unused.

Cancellation of Purchases I reserve the right to cancel a purchase from any buyer who arouses suspicion as to their reliability/credibility or who have not read/complied with the terms and condition of sale. I will not enter into communication on this.
